How to contact NI

Hi there

Can someone help please. I feel its impossible to contact NI. I keep seeing that there is a form that you have to fill, but I see no link on the help pages to actually access this form. Am I missing something? I want some support to buy a product. I'm guessing they must have some sort of customer service as any other company has, in order to facilitate this. But I'm just not able to get anywhere.

    Hey @Kym J On the top right of this very page you have a SUPPORT button:

    This will lead you to our Support section where you can find several typeforms depending on your issue. At the end of the typeform, if you didn't find a solution to your problem, you'll be able to submit a request.

    If it's a question about our webshop, then it would be this typeform.

    Also something is mentioned about live chat but again no sign of it. And I have noted the operating hours
