Can anyone help me with a support phone number I can use to get in touch to a support tech at NI?

My computer used to recognize my Kontrol S49 and now it doesn't.I have exhausted every option NI has in its support online pages and nothing has worked. This happened after a month of everything running smoothly after purchase. I have sought out others in the field and they can not help solve the problem either. This happened after a month of everything running smoothly after purchase. I tried different OS's and nothing fixed the problem. NI recognizes the serial number and the Krontrol S49 shows up as registered but it is not in my NI library to select. Talking to someone at NI would help so much. I am willing to send it in if needed. Any support on this issue and or a number to call is much appreciated.

Have you actually opened a support ticket tho? Since you have only a single post you have not yet attempted to reconcile your issue via the forums with other knowledgeable users

If there is no number listed (which there is not) then phone support is probably not available until you have submitted the required support info and exhausted the official avenues.

Thank you for your input. Yes I did open a support ticket, several in fact and each time they sent me a zipped "support tool" file. I ran the files and sent back the data and never heard back from NI. That is whyI was hoping to make contact in different way.
