Fatal error when installing electric mint ( and others)

Big problems occurring when installing electric mint, however first must make it clear everything works fine in kontakt standalone , but in komplete kontrol is a komplete nightmare. every time i install through native access i get the error shown in the screen shot

komplete kontrol then can not find the relevant folder or files ( same folder file that kontakt is using successfully). Ive also got issues with a few other instruments ashlight for one

many re installs of komplete kontrol but issues still there

finally i also have issue with everything in komplete kontrol in that notes sustain indefinably and the keyboard lights are flickering indefinably till i switch off - it all used to work fine but since electric mint its a nightmare - any suggestions please !!!!!!!
