There is zero reason to review digital orders when the payment goes through.

Why is my order to upgrade to maschine 3 sitting in a "under review" status? The payment went through…. What needs to be reviewed?

I've ordered and paid for a digital product and have received nothing after 3 days. Tech support emails have consisted of, one agent giving me a random shipping tracking number that doesn't exist nor relates to what I ordered(DIGITAL ORDER that says available immediately!)
the next agent hopped on and repeated the same stuff about the download will be in the mail. What the absolute heck am I working with here?!

What is super frustrating (for the forum) is duplicate threads on the same topic.
Ni is aware of your issue and they will get back to you. Maybe not at the speed you demand but they will respond.
