"You may not have the appropriate permissions to open the file" - error

in Native Access

For installing Komplete Start, I installed Native access (2). The only problem is that I just can't open it, though I tried it in a couple of different ways. The only thing I got was the following message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Can someone help me please?

    Hello,

    have you tried to open it as administrator, by right click on it and select "start as administrator".
