Issue installing Electric Mint

Good day, I have wondered if someone can help me. I am trying to install Electric Mint. It downloaded the Electric Mint and all that shows in Native Access is "installing". I have disabled my proxy, firewall and anti-virus. I even restarted my desktop and it keeps just showing "Installing". Any help would be appreciated for I don't get much help from the chatbot.

    Provided that you are using Windows as suggested by your profile then you can try the Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

    Else then for the installation problem itself then you can also try rebooting the computer and then try using an installer download from Account downloads and then run installer as an Admin.

    That might however not completely cure the N.A. installer from the idea of wanting to install the library which might require either that we delete a lot of N.A. files or that you get N.I. Support (all) to help you reset it.

    Hello Poor Fellow,

    You are very kind to help me and I just would like to say that I am really grateful. I am trying the route of downloading Electric Mint from the Accounts Download page. My question is, you have three options to choose:

    Operating System (1) All (2) Mac OS (3) Windows
    If I select option 3, Windows, then it doesn't show any files to download?
    or;
    Is it a generic file for both operating systems?

    I just noticed that they updated it, the ISO is for all operating systems. Thanks in advance
