Symphony Series - Impossible to install

Hello.
I have been trying to download Symphony Series many, many times, but when the download completes, I always get “Installation failed”.
I have tried every method I know of to try and fix it:
1) Restart the computer and download it again.
2) Change the name of the destination folder to a shorter one without spaces or symbols (external hard disk).
3) Install it in the default folder.
4) Download and install it with the manual installer from the web page, without Native Access.
Does anyone know what could be happening? There is no way to install it.
Thank you very much.

Without any background on exactly what you are using - OS, version of Native Access, version of Symphony Series, version of Kontakt etc - it is hard to troubleshoot this.

Hello.
I am using Windows 10 Home, Native Access 3.18.1 (1ab69c9 / 1.24.1.0), Kontakt 8.4.1. and Komplete Kontrol 3.5.0.
I want to download:
Symphony Series Brass Ensemble - ver. 1.3.0.
Symphony Series Brass Solo - ver. 1.3.0.
Symphony Series Percussion - ver. 1.3.0.
Symphony Series String Ensemble - ver. 1.4.2.
Symphony Series Woodwind Ensemble - ver. 1.3.0.
Symphony Series Woodwind Solo - ver. 1.3.0.
Thank you.

Which version of Windows 10 Home? There are at least a dozen. It needs to be 22H2

Yes, I have Windows 10 Home 22H2.
What could be happening? It only happens to me with Symphony Series. I am updating the rest of my libraries with no problems.

Where are you attempting to download these libraries to? What sort of space is available. Remember all of these Symphony Series are giant for file size. And could require 3x the amount of listed space - per library.
Example: Symphony Series Brass is 46GB. This could require 46GB for the initial download , then another 46GB to expand the installer and then a final 46GB for the actual placement of the files on the content drive.
Now - the initial download archive and the secondary unpacked file set will be deleted AFTER install - but at least while this thing is installing - you might need up to 146GB free just for this library alone.
I know some of the much newer libraries have a new "smart" installation file set which downloads faster and uses less space - but pretty sure that does not yet apply to the Symphony series.
If space is NOT an issue - you could be dealing with a permissions issue, possibly a case where Windows Defender AntiMalware is scanning NativeAccess2.exe and locking/slowing all the processes to a halt.
Suggest you look in Event Viewer as well and see if anything is being red flagged.
Other than that - might be time to open a ticket with NI

I recently purchased that whole same set of Symphony Series instruments on the same version of Windows as well as Native Access, Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol and had no issues at all with the install. Of course the big differences could come in the configuration of the PC. Mine's nothing special other than having 2 individual internal SSD's equalling 1TB each along with a very large 4TB external drive. I store a bare minimum of small libraries on my C: drive so as not to be affected by my paging space located on that drive and use a fair amount on the other additional 1TB internal drive. The majority are stored on the external SSD with plenty of room to spare.
You might want to double check your configuration in Native Access of where your new downloads are being placed because it's possible to run out of space during the install if there's not a lot of additional "scratch" room for the installation. You may also want to look at the amount of space on your system drive because that gets used for a number of other things. Also check your paging settings because that's dynamic in it's size and could interfere with some of the scratch space being used.
What I've been doing lately is I go into my Native Access Preferences and change my File Management Locations to reflect where I want the libraries to go before I start my download/install. As a matter of fact my Download, Application, and content locations are still all pointing to a library I created called "New Native Instruments\Symphony Series" on my large external SSD which is what I selected when I started the install of each of those libraries.

I am trying to download them to an external hard drive. I have plenty of space, I just checked.
The latest Kontakt 8 update is also telling me "Installation failed", so it looks like these are problems related to the latest updates and will have to be fixed in the next patch.
Thank you.

Well - I have Windows 10, Kontakt 8, Komplete 15ULT and the same NA as you and no issues here at all - so this is certainty not an issue needing a patch.
It appears to be an issue on your end needing some NI Support.
Suggest you file a ticket and let them do their thing for you.

I have already sent them a ticket one day ago. How long could it take to receive an answer?
Thank you all.
