M2-s88 not working in Pro Tools nor Komplete Kontrol App (Windows 11)

The past few years, I've had relatively no problems with using my S88 with Pro Tools, but recently (after a few months of not using it), it has stopped working. Komplete Kontrol has never recognized my S88 as a controller.

In retracing my steps, I tried following the NI video on setting up M2 S88 Kontrol with Pro Tools, but on peripheral tab I noticed that it only "receives from" and "sends to" Komplete Kontrol DAW1 (emulated). In the setup tab (under MIDI input devices) only MBOX Studio Control and External (emulated) are shown.

Drivers and Firmware are up to date. Also, everything is up to date on Native Access. In Pro Tools, when trying to insert Kontakt instruments through an instrument track, no sound or signal appears…on any MIDI channel.

As for connections, USB is connected directly into the desktop computer and the power adapter is plugged in as well. I've tried different USC ports, but to no avail.

I must be missing something, but I'm out of ideas. Please help. Thank you in advance.
