There seems to be an issue with the server and Native because every other purchase I'm having this problem

There's no issue with the server because the product has to download before it installs. The picture clearly shows it's an install problem, but you've not provided any details about your setup. Where are you trying to install, and how much free drive space do you have in that location?

Possibly the other products have installed because they're smaller.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Your profile suggest that you are using Windows , if so the try the following :

Exit N.A. then run the NI reg tool and remove the product if it is there.

    Then reboot computer

Then go to the N.A. download folder and if your download failed then the product installer most likely is left there , if so then run the product installer manually as an Admin

Then run N.A. as an Administrator to see if that helped.

Try using Urban VPN with a server in Germany. It's what helped me after 3 weeks of searching for a working solution.

@FreimannMusic Please don't spam the forum with multiple posts about using a VPN.

You were already warned yesterday, now you're doing the same again.

You are spamming here and as PK The DJ points out then you have already been told by another Moderator to stop doing so .

Before you give any headless argument here then please look at the screenshot provided by the OP. (I will edit the OP post and change screenshot from attached to in-line)

The screenshot given clearly shows that the problem has nothing to do with a download problem , in as much that it is the installation that has failed and not the download !

The installation does not start before the download has been done !
