    Hi, I am also having this problem. I am running Native Access version 3.16.0 on macOS 15. I have emailed support but they have yet to get back to me.

    Same issue here. Have left a message for support some weeks ago. No reply from them. Can't seem to get in contact with support either.

    I have been a quite loyal customer for years and believe that this is customer treatment that is worth criticizing.

    I bought a Maschine MK3 two days ago during the Summer of Sound event from a local music store. I successfully registered it and see it on my account under "My Products and Serials" as MASCHINE MK3 R2 HW in the Registered section. In Native Access, I still don't have Maschine 3.0 available, but I do have all my expansions, which I got the same day.

    I'm on a Windows 11 computer and using Native Access 3.18.1

    I also opened support ticket 4565131, but wow what a frustrating first experience (This is my return to NI after 10+ years). Way to kill all the excitement.

    Hello,

    I just bought a new maschine mk3. I installed native access and follow the tutorial.

    The problem is that i had the serial number, and it's successfully registered to both website and native app, BUT there is no maschine 3 hardware in the library.

    My windows 11 is uptaded and comptatible with the products and native access is the latest version. I also tried everything that is on the page : "My product is missing in native Access".

    It seems the problem is arround the serial number because it was possible to add other stuff in the library such as the free instruments packs that are offered by NI.

    I also tried the chat bot and my tickets are : #4565272 and #4565136.

    It looks like this is happening to many people (lots of posts and comments about this recently), hopefully @Jeremy_NI or @Matthew_NI can help out.

    Now Mashine 3 and some other products are available in my Native Access.

    Hopefully, you will get an email like this soon too!

    @MattBudz @Lyl It looks like it was only a slow deployment of the serials after registration. I'll close this thread as it covers too many different specific cases and different moments in time.
