Maschine Software Will Not Show Up In Native Access

    I bought a used Mikro mk3, the seller transferred the license, I imported it and registered the serial number sent by email and the hardware, in my "products, serial and download" I see MASCHINE MIKRO MK3 HW - Massive for Maschine - Monark for Maschine - Reaktor Prism for Maschine.

    But I DO NOT see anything about the Maschine 2 software (and factory selection...), neither in Native Access nor in my account.

    Would it be possible to resolve it please?

    Hello, I recently purchased Complete 15 CE and also encountered the problem that the Maschine software is not available in NI Access, the basic Maschine sound library is also not displayed. Please help me what can be done.

    Maschine has never been part of Komplete bundles, it's not part of Komplete 15.

    Yooo I have the same problem, well, I'm new to the brand and it's my first product of the style and all that, I was watching tutorials and followed each step even as indicated on the native instruments website, but when it came time to download the maschine software nothing appeared, i only get that kontakt thing and i really don't know what to do, i'm quite frustrated, Because I really don't know anything about the subject and it's very confusing for me that nothing appears, maybe I'm skipping some step but in truth the software simply doesn't appear to download it.

    Hi,

    I'm having the same issue - got the Maschine MK3, followed all serial no. registration instructions, downloads and advice and still no Maschine 2 software visible in NA. I've spent several hours trying to sort this today, very frustrating experience.

    Same issue here. Maschine software doesn't appear in Native Access. Brand new Maschine Mikro Mk 3, registered, rebooted computer, rebooted Native Access, refreshed Native Access, logged out and back in to Native Access, manually re-added the Mikro, no joy.

    Already sent a ticket via the chatbot, but not feeling confident in receiving a reply. Considering a return.

    I'm gonna wind up returning my Maschine Mikro Mk3. It was a Christmas gift. Ran into the same issues as everyone, contacted NI support: "we need an invoice." Only info I had was the order #… NI says they need 'the actual invoice.' Contacted Amazon support, who said the gift purchaser needs to request the invoice. Gift purchaser contacts Amazon, and they say: "there is nothing besides the order #." NI needs to not sell via Amazon. The whole experience has turned me off from NI forever.
