Purchased Komplete 15 Standard and Meant to get Ultimate

Is there a way to pay the difference and upgrade to Komplete 15 Ultimate? I need this asap please!

To the extend available then there ought to have been chat available within normal work hours (I suppose that that is just about over for today also).

And the forum Customer Care specialist that is also in the forum at day time appear to also have just left (for the day ?).

Anyway , you either need to engage N.I. Support (all) in chat when available or make a ticket (when chat available then you ought to be able to be forwarded to chat queue by telling bot something like that you want to chat with an agent/real person) . If you have made a ticket and you do not get a response within a few days then we can ask Customer Care to check up on the ticket , but it requires a ticket to check up on.

The chatbot is only an entry door. It will propose some articles based on the symptoms. If it doesn't help, you can reply it didn't and that you need to contact support. Then either a live chat agent takes over or your request is turned into an email request and you get an email notification until an agent gets back to you.
