To extend available then there ought to have been chat available within normal work hours (I suppose that that is just about over for today also).

And the forum Customer Care specialist that is also in the forum at day time appear to also have just left (for the day ?).

Anyway , you either need to engage N.I. Support (all) in chat when available or make a ticket (when chat available then you ought to be able to be forwarded to chat queue by telling bot something like that you want to chat with an agent/real person) . If you have made a ticket and you do not get a response within a few days then we can ask customer to check up on the ticket , but it requires a ticket to check up on.
