Native Access 3.18 is constantly forcing me to relocate/repair libraries (Mac)

    I have this exact issue on MacOS Ventura since the 3.17 update, which wasn't resolved on 3.18. It seems to be a Native Access directory issue. From what I identified, the issue seems to be the Native Access suddenly and randomly removing the /Volumes/ part of the external hard drive directory, resulting in:

    /ExternalHardDrive/NI Libraries/…

    instead of

    /Volumes/ExternalHardDrive/NI Libraries/…

    This happened to me 4 times now after manually correcting every pathway, since the 3.17 and the 3.18 updates. It occurs with random libraries. I wondered if it had to do with character limits etc. but it doesn't seem to be the case. Contacted NI giving them every bug detail I could find, albeit with no response so far. They are aware of it imo.

    Hope this is helpful to everyone, and is promptly resolved on the 3.19 update.

    This is exactly the same problem I'm having. I keep having to repair the installation paths because NI Access keeps changing it from /Volumes/Data (in my case) to /Data. I've fixed this 3 times now in the last week! Incredibly frustrating

    For what it's worth, my Finder has started to look very odd! Several external discs being shown twice. Who knows!!! Sequoia 15.4.1

    Same here with NA 3.18 and Sequoia 15.5

    Volumes disappeared in the path and I have about 400 unsable libraries. Please fix it urgently.

    Oh, do you also experience the issue with having to repair/relocate the products all the time? When did this start happening?

    Actually, after checking with the Native Access support team, this is not related. It's a different issue.

    Hi Jeremy,

    I did this through the AI chat. They sent my ticket, I had attached my support file zip before they did this. Hopefully it got included and they see the full chat history. I didn't have any other way to do this.

    What is the purpose of doing this? For them to have a clearer log of who it's affecting? You said they were working on an update, though, right?

    I have the same issue. I'm on OSX Ventura. All my external SSD have the same name & path. Nothing has changed in my settings for years. Everything is up to date. All my NI products are up to date as well. Not only my libraries needs constant repair, they also need constant updates. After i relocate & update everything, it keeps asking to relocate, repair & or update.

    On my side, everything started to be weird when i've gathered my NI & Izotope platforms.

    1 - Izotope updates or purchase don't always appear in my Izotope app & some plugins appears in my Native Access or vice-versa.

    2 - My Music Production Suite Pro does not appear in Native Access as suggested by Izotope but the individual plugins shows in Izotope Portal.

    Also, i have 4 2To external SSD nearly full & i ain't gonna reinstall everything.

    Come guys @NI & Izotope … make the fusion work !!

    & i have an other issue today … some libraries shows in Native Access but are missing in Kontakt. I know all the process of installation, relocation, repair etc etc. I've been using NI system for as far as i remember so …

    I have successfully reinstalled the missing library but it's now an other 2 missing !!! everyday it's a different issue … repair, reinstall, relocate in Native Access, check the path of the libraries. Other libraries missing in Kontakt when the path is valid in Native Access. I can't use Komplete anymore !!!!!
