Sorry to hear this, this is terrible. I've forwarded your request to one of our specialists, he should get back to you as soon as possible. Have you tried to make a copy of the repaired installed_products folder to keep and paste, as mentioned in this thread?

Then please get in touch with our support, mention that thread if needed and include the Native Access support file.

Hi! I'm on Mac Mini M1, Ventura 13.7.4, and a lot of my libraries are for "Repair!" Using Kontakt 7.10.7 and Native Access 3.18.1. This is also the first time I've encountered this, having this many for "Repair!", but I do remember having updated just a few days ago to 3.18.1. I will have to repair them manually but do hope there'll be a fix for this soon.

I've just updated Native acces, but still have some issues. I still had to repair some libraries manually. They seem to stay stable for now. But very strange is the fact that some libraries are missing in Kontakt 8 while native acces stated there was nothing wrong. I reinstalled them and they seem to stay stable also. But one other awkward problem is the fact that native acces still wants me to update 14 libraries while I can see I already have the latest versions looking at the installation date. All pretty frustrating and time-consuming.

Don't forget to check for this issue too: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/19786452976029-I-Constantly-Have-to-Relocate-My-Products-in-Native-Access-macOS

It could be that there's still a bug in Native Access despite the upgrade to 3.18.1, or it could be that you're having this bug which is with Mac OS X rather than NA.

How do previous versions (Kontakt 6/7) fare with NA 3.18.1? Supposedly Kontakt 8.4.1 fixes remaining issues for that version?

There are a couple libraries I'd like to buy that would really help me with current projects, but I don't want to wreck a perfectly stable system. I suppose I could pull the "installed libraries" folder and previous versions of NA from a backup in case things go south, but it sounds like that doesn't even work for everyone with this issue?

I Had the issue and i lost 1 day on trying fixing this.

I'm on mac OS Monterey and still on Kontakt 7.

I had this alert to repair 100 of my Kontakt instruments in Kontakt 7.10.7 and on the last version of Native Access 2 (3.18.1).

I managed to repair the links manually as it would link wrong librairies mostly from native Instruments (Session Strings 1 path was in Session Strings 2 , and this for a lot of librairies with 1 & 2 versions).

After restarting my computer it would happen again the next day and I was really upset for the lost of time. When it occurs there was even more librairies needing the repairing process.

So I did the manual process again and it came back to the same issue after restarting my computer.

After this I downgraded my Native Access, same result.

Then I made a downgrade of Kontakt 7.10.7 to the 7.10.6 version and did the repair process again in Native Access. I restarted the computer and my instruments were working in Kontakt 7.10.6 normally excepting for 4 or 5 old ones that I managed to repair from Kontakt 6 (Where you can repair the links from Kontakt directly) and it worked again in kontakt 7.10.6.

It's working fine since this downgrade at least in Kontakt but my Native Access is still showing those repair links (now I have 172 repair links and when the issue started I had around 100 repair links).

I decided not to try to repair the links in Natice Access as I prefer to wait for a real update and not those solutions they provided in this thread & that most of you are saying that aren't working.

At least I can work on new songs and not this ****** back office tasks in NA.

I'm mostly worried that if I wan't to open old sessions with Kontakt 7.10.7 they wouldn't recall because of the downgrade version so I really expect a debug quickly from native as it can last that long to fix something that was prefectly working since this issue appeared in the middle of May.

I definitly want to upgrade to Kontakt 8 but I also want to be able to recall old sessions with kontakt 7.10.7 even after upgrading so with this mess in Native Access and kontakt 7.10.7 I prefer to wait that the issues are fixed for those before considering upgrading.

Could you guys at NI give us real updates on the way you will adress those issues wether it's in Kontakt 7, 8 ….

    Thanks

    Little update,

I installed Kontakt 8.10 (Os Monterey) and I repaired a last time the 172 links and after multiple restarts of my computer everything is working for me on Native Access, Kontakt 8.1 and Kontakt 7.10.6.

The only issue remaining in Native Access is this update status that I have on 8 Banks that are already updated.

My only matter now is to know if I can update again my Kontakt 7.10.6 (which is working in this config) to the last version 7.10.7 as I have a lot of sessions that were made with this version & I really want to know If I can go back to this version without having the issue coming back again on this version of Kontakt.
