can we plz make native access beter

its crashed my pc many times in the last month or so. i used to be able to see my products but could never install them; now i cant even get that far without it trying to install a damond tool that fails every time. ive had my maschine+ for about a month now and its a total paper weight cause i cant install any sounds to it on its own or using native access. this is the saddest product software manager ive ever used. i was so excited about it, but now im thinking about trading it in for a live2.

Hello Buddyamc1284, I checked your tickets and it seems like there is three tickets for 2 issues, for one issue I get back to you asking the screenshot, so please check your emails and please reply to that email directly. For the Maschine Plus issue, it seems like you just created the ticket so our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I think there is, or at least should be but i cant find it. the customer service bots on the web site are no good at all. im really not having a good customer experience with native instruments.

so normally you can describe you problem to the AI and it then presents some possible solutions, if that not helpful you simply tell that and at some point you will get in contact with a real person via mail as far as I know. But I can mark @Jeremy_NI and maybe he can help directly.

You don't need Native Access to install things to the Maschine+

For Wifi downloads then follow instructions in this set of videos that will take about a half hour to watch.

@sam88 i feel your pain man. im retuning to the ni family after a few years away from music production and this should just be easier. feeling like i wasted money is not cool at all

Then please contact either N.I. Maschine Support to get them to help you do the WiFi download or contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support to have them help fix your N.A. problem. But you need to provide them with sufficient information.

There is no 'sending emails' to initiate support. To initiate support then you need to open a ticket using the web interface and then wait for N.I. to get back to you. No need to open more than one ticket on same problem.
However I will ask if @Mert_NI , could you please checkup on Buddyamc1284's problems ?

yes, thats what i did with the bot, they respond via email. sorry thats what i ment. i did create 2 tickets 1 for my maschine+ not completing downloads and 1 for native access

While I agree that there should always be some form of phone support available, that is not the case with NI. At least not that I'm aware of.
@Uwe303 has already tagged Jeremy, so all you can do is wait for now. Jeremy is great about clearing logjams and getting things going, so please try to be patient.
