can we plz make native access beter

its crashed my pc many times in the last month or so. i used to be able to see my products but could never install them; now i cant even get that far without it trying to install a damond tool that fails every time. ive had my maschine+ for about a month now and its a total paper weight cause i cant install any sounds to it on its own or using native access. this is the saddest product software manager ive ever used. i was so excited about it, but now im thinking about trading it in for a live2.

    Ive tried so many different ways to get get help, with the MANY issues with this device. Stand alone mode is so buggy, and i purchased it for standalone capabilities. It erases expansions on every reset, and thats if it even downloads them at all. If you try to download them thru native access to the sd card, the maschine wont reconize them in standalone. In storage mode it crashes computer. Customer service is slow to respond and offers very little service with a lack of frequent communication. "Rather than just moan" thats laughable outside of this forum these are the the same complaints many other owners of the product have to say too. It just needs way more support period. Or maybe just be discontinued. But thanks for your time and responce. We aint gotta talk about it no more.
