No master Output

with proper audio setup on selection [Tracktor S4] output routing has no options for master output or monitor out [indicates not connected] . if i select my laptop sound card on audio setup it will work through my laptop. still no master out. no signal on main out indicator panel. Tried every possible thing at this point. upgrading windows and re installing tracktor pro 3. still haven't had any luck to solve this issue. Any help would greatly appreciated

    That's weird, but… just because you see a device in your audio setup, it doesn't mean necessarily that it is connected too!

    Are you sure the device is successfully connected? Are its drivers correctly installed? If so, then perhaps try to connect to another USB port?

    Zero buffer size? Did you change that to zero? You need a buffer size of some kind.

    I don't think that is possible to set any device at 0.

    Usually it shows 0 when the device is not present at all.

    Thank you everyone for your comments. I have not managed to fix the issue with my windows OS running tracktor. But I have a backup on my Mac book and as soon as i plugged in i was able to run everything smoothly. I'm assuming this is an issue with the windows upgarge and the internal soundcard of my HP laptop. Due to lack of time to work on the this issue I went back to my old routes with my MAC. If anyone knows a solution please feel free to update me.

    Did you try to install the drivers again?
