Free instrument with purchase?
When I bought my keyboard the offer said that I also receive complete 15 (lowest tier), and also a "free instrument of my choice". Nowhere on the Native Access system does it say I have a free instrument to download. How do I get my "free instrument of my choice"?

@FreeWorld I believe you should have received a voucher, check in your emails after buying/registering the keyboard.I imagine it's this offer right?

Thanks for your input Poorfella. Your list was very helpful. So I got the valve pro package and the voucher worked fine. I did not realize the Berlin stuff was 3rd party. I did read the details for the voucher earlier, just didn't know which was which.

Hi had the same issue - it's actually sent as a voucher code near the bottom of an email (scroll down) from native instruments (as is Komplete 15 select). My issue was this went straight to the email spam folder so I didn't see it π

Should have said this - It doesn't show up in Native Access straight away you have to login to the NI website β select Products and "purchase" Komplete and an instrument of your choice, when you get to paying use "add a voucher" enter the voucher code β¦

I did get an email mentioning that I got complete 15 select but there was no "voucher code" at the bottom of the email. No other emails from NI mention this voucher code. I did get a link for downloading ableton lite, but I actually am much more interested in getting the free instrument of my choice.

I have checked every possible email folder, no voucher. I might add that I had the free version of complete installed before I purchased the keyboard (in anticipation of the future order of the keyboard). I have been waiting for online customer service for several hours, still 7 people ahead of meβ¦

I just now did find the voucher. It looked like a promotion email.

Just tried to buy "Berlin Strings" with voucher, it says the voucher code is invalid!

Just tried to buy "Berlin Strings" with voucher, it says the voucher code is invalid!
"Berlin Strings" is Third party/NKS and can not be acquired using the voucher.
Please check the terms and condition for the voucher , it is only valid for N.I.'s own products and are also usually not valid as long as a product is discounted (even if it would otherwise be) and voucher is not valid for Third party or NKS libraries.
Also quote N.I. support via Aeliron September 7 , 2024 :
"The voucher code that comes with the S-Series Keyboards is valid for a single NI-owned Kontakt instrument priced below 499USD/EUR on the NI Online Shop. It cannot be used for updates,upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products,or Komplete bundles and upgrades/crossgrades.
For your reference, I'll provide S-Series voucher eligible Kontak tinstruments below:Β

Any of these you particularly like or suggest? I'm mostly playing around doing dance stuff..house, edm etc but like playing with film scores too (since I work in video),0 -

No , not really. I noticed that some of what I initially found most interesting is what I probably will get to use the least. Also then what I would suggest might not suite your taste at all. My best advice is to listen to the demos of what you are interested in and then decide if you think that you are really going to use it. Of , course then sometimes then even if you are not going to use something very much then still you could one day find use for it. So it's really up to you to ponder on your choice π
