I need help with installing the software for my Maschine MK1

Hiii,

I recently bought a Maschine MK1 second hand with the installation disc for the software. The past owner told me he removed the license from his account so that I could use the license that came with it. But when I tried to register the license on native acces, they told me somebody already used it…

The past owner doesn't seem to want to answer me so am I cooked? what can I do?

    If seller doesn’t want to make the License Transfer (try to tell him that he will keep the software anyway, since I suppose this is the reason why he is being dishonest) you can contact Support and explain them the situation. Usually they’ll try to help you, removing the device from the seller’s account themselves (probably they will ask for proofs that the device is now owned by you).
