Komplete Audio 6 MK2 : Poor Headphone Sound Quality

Hello,
I've been experiencing an issue with the Komplete Audio 6 MK2 sound card when using headphones: the sound quality seems degraded, with a significant loss in quality. The low-mid/mid frequencies are almost absent. I'm working on a Mac M1 with Sequoia (15.3.2) as the operating system.
I’ve tried checking the system preferences and the Audio MIDI Setup app, but nothing changes—the sound remains terrible.
Have any of you encountered similar issues? Could you help me out?

    I don't have any issues when I use my speakers. And obviously I also tried my headphone on others device and the sounds is perfect. The issue is from the Komplete Audio 6.

    @TENIA Have you tried to connect the soundcard to another computer? Does it behave the same? Was it always this way or quality degraded at some point? Have you tried a different set of headphones, another adapter, maybe?
