Order from '5 for $55 Sale' is still has status of "In Progress"

I made the purchase over 72 hours ago. I've religiously checked my email account registered with NI & NI's Native Access application, reviewing my Spam folder too. No email advising order status completed and releasing a link for the serial numbers.
I have not experienced beforehand this long time elapse to receive an order completed status and links to my Serial Numbers to open Native Access to download.
I see the Contact Support page states they're doing maintenance thus I cannot create a request. I will continue to check this Contact Order Support page to submit a future request of status to help resolve/release the
Anyone else in this same boat? What solution path assisted you?

The support page at https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/18115022767005 seems to be working ok if you want to give it another try. I've tagged your post for customer care so they should pick it up at some point when they're back after the Easter break, which might be today although I'm not certain.
