I made the purchase over 72 hours ago. I've religiously checked my email account registered with NI & NI's Native Access application, reviewing my Spam folder too. No email advising order status completed and releasing a link for the serial numbers.
I have not experienced beforehand this long time elapse to receive an order completed status and links to my Serial Numbers to open Native Access to download.
I see the Contact Support page states they're doing maintenance thus I cannot create a request. I will continue to check this Contact Order Support page to submit a future request of status to help resolve/release the
