Cant access old account to transfer license

Hey,

I have a Maschine Mikro from a few years ago and am trying to register it to my current account. The problem is that it is registered to my old email and native instruments account which I don't have access to anymore. It seems I have to transfer the license but I can't do that when I can't get into my account at all. Any help? AI chat assistant doesn't understand.

Provide them the necessary proofs and details when asked, and they will do the transfer to your new account.

Note: When dealing with AI chat, keep it very simple. Do not write in full details but with short terms, such as "license transfer", "account migration" etc. and try answer to its questions with a simple "yes" or "no" when possible.
