So you can't log in or forgot your PW, maybe check your browser, normally you can read out the passwords from the auto fill function. You can go to the start page and go to the log in there, on top, then open log in and there you can click "don't remember your password".

I have tried opening the second photo and nothing happens it won't open but I am not surprised

Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

Duck Duck Go is not a browser that I would recommend for anything other than privacy protection.

Here your main focus ought to be functionality. If I were to pick one browser to try that you most likely have not used before then I would go with Vivaldi browser . On the other hand then if you have too high security settings in general on your computer then things might not work anyway.
