We identify the issue just 2 days ago, and i reported it as a bug.

Is the .json files at: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

for Mac is at: /Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products

If for any reason the original location or library name etc. etc is changed (i.e. if you edit, manually change location, delete etc.) the json files in the above directory are not updated correctly and keep the old location, even if the values at Native Access, Service Center .xml's, Registry etc are successfully updated.

This leads to "Missing content" and similar messages.

The solution is rather simple, until an update permanently fix this issue:

Go to the mentioned folder (/Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products) and delete all .json files but only from the products that you have issues with.

On next Native Access restart (or perhaps even with a simple Kontakt restart ) those files will automatically recreated, with the correct locations this time, and the problem will be solved.

    …continuing from my previous post,

regardless the solution, i noticed that you mentioned (in your quoted comment) that you see "only 7 instruments"…

the reason for this is also simple: you have selected the Abbey Road 70's so you only see this, and not your entire library! :-)

I thought so too , but he only have one preset for the Abbey Road 50's where I have many , and also your post made me take a second look , his screenshot is also a bit strange by that a drum kit is selected but no instrument Sound type named Drums are present or if present then not selected !?!?

    Hello

I did your advice, but after starting Complete control

Unfortunately, I have to report that nothing has changed, and changed

When I KO open stand alone, I always see the same 10 presets on Mac and on keyboard screen

If I turn off natively and have a full view there are 13 presets

I also took the same screen shot in my Kontakt 8, I certainly don't have drum presets
