No more instrument, after update complete 14- complete 15

Everything worked perfectly kompete 14 , until after an update kompete 15
Then no more instruments, all purchased instruments are visible but only 10 I can listen and charge. everything scanned everything access given stand alone does not work either.

Be sure to use the latest version of Native Access for your OS
Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (CleanMyMac can cause all sorts of issues)
Else could you maybe give a screenshot of error or any error messages ?

What are your path settings in Native Access ? screenshot ?
Also then try selecting a kontakt library that is missing and that is a small download and then uninstall + remove any trace of library + reinstall via Nativa Access. How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer

all instruments are visible 277 items in native acces stand alone ok ,
kontact all visible. 1 preset
komplete kontrol all visible , listen 13 presets the same on all presets
no error messages

Follow up question : "Not active" ? , did you use CleanMyMac prior ?
Please try the following :
Use the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and your Kontakt ? XML) (delete XML of your Kontakt versions)
then restart computer and run Native Access , then exit N.A.
Then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
Then Reset the Komplete Kontrol Database
The restart computer and see if that helped
If that did not work the I can try calling for Jeremy_NI

What is the format of the external hard drive? On Mac, it should be APFS: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers
Can you explain what happens exactly when you try to load a preset in Kontakt in standalone, in Kontakt in Logic?

In see all images of purchased instruments And can scroll up and down . In the right preset list I only see 7 instruments 01 LP Ep ORG EI02 etc. If I change left of image , they remain unchanged in the right list . On the Mac and on KK

As, all of them looks already installed, this can help you to find them in your Kontakt.
If you have issues with locating libraries, have you checked the Knowledge Base Article below:
