Where can I find my voucher

I've got an email reminding me that there is still a vouche. Now I've tried to purchase the new Session Guitarist and looked for the voucher - where is it? Can anyone tell how I can find the right source?

    Your vouchers should be somewhere in one of the emails that you have received from N.I. after your purchase or after registering the hardware depending on what is the case. So check your emails including the spam folder. Also please read the fine print / terms of use for the voucher.

    If you can not find the voucher code anywhere in any emails including in spam folder or has not received it then please contact N.I. Purchase Support

    Tnx for your answer, but to get in the support, it makes me crazy. It sounds funny, but I cannot leave the circle. After clicking on "Support" in the menue, the "circle" starts with image 1 (please remind: I am logged in all the time)

    Tnx again. Your link leads to this page and none of the topics have a relation to my problem. There is no other way to get into a textbox or anything similar to write a question. And clicking on one of these topics only shows a lot of solutions not depending on my question. It's horrible….

    Alas it is all there is.

    You are supposed to got to bottom of page N.I. Purchase Support

    Then log-in at page bottom

    Then again go to page bottom where after you are logged in there should be a blue chat icon in lower right side (see picture below here)

    Then in the chat when chat bot open then ignore suggestions and keep selecting DID NOT HELP or write did not help until the darn chat bot lets you open a ticket.

    If it does not work as described then try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

    The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

    Please tell if neither of it works and I can get a customer care person to help you open a ticket , but you have to open a ticket or get help in chat when live chat is available there is no other support interface.
