Kontakt red X error

Hi, when I try to open Kontakt, the program crashes and the error is only showing a red X. I tried everything to fix it but nothing is working. Even after deleting the registry and reinstalling Kontakt and Native Access several time, the problem is still there.

Please can someone help me, I really need it to work.
