Thanks for the update.
And I want to be clear - no one is saying you cannot "try" to run this in Catalina. I am just saying that if you do - you won't be able to get NI assistance if this goes south. As it already appears it is.
And yes - I totally "get" what you are saying about NA "seeing" the Ozone instance - but that does not mean it is authorized OR even related to what you did in Product Portal. All NA "sees" is an installed instance of Ozone and is somehow picking it up. Now - I do believe that Ozone IS the one (and only) product I see in my Native Access view - so that might be connected in someway.
But have NA see it as installed and having Product Portal say it's on Trial are two different states. My feeling is this trial will end and that is the end of it.
I guess we will see in a week or so.

@PoorFellow thanks for your response as well 👆️

All I can suggest is reaching to @Matthew_NI who is very good at pointing users in the right direction.
If he chimes in here - I am certain he can at least get some eyes on this - but it is a strange scenario - one that I have never seen before.

IMO if the Ozone trial is installed (via Product Portal) and working then babyjackson should be able to authorize it there. As has been mentioned, NA and iZotope are still separate and use different software to authorize.
Now having seen the screengrab of Product Portal, I notice there's no authorize option shown. Mine shows 'install/authorize', not just 'installed'…

Agreed.
But the instance of Ozone that the OP installed via PP - is not connected in any way to the copy that the OP is getting as part of his Komplete 15 bundle.
As far as PP is concerned - the "Ozone" he installed there - is simply another copy - one that is on trial. Hence the Buy button
And there is no licensing syncup that I am aware of in Product Portal that could ever suddenly "authorize" that trial (magically) by using Native Access.
If the OP was using a supported OS and the latest NA (V3.16+) this issue would not even exist.
The only way this could ever work (at least from my chair) - is if Ni/iZotope were to issue a legit Ozone Serial to the OP in this format:
that is somehow derived from/spawned from the Ozone 11 license the OP received as part of his Komplete bundle.
If the OP had that serial - he could enter it into PP, end the trial and authorize Ozone as Full and carry on
But that is a tall order and one that I am not sure is possible.
ALSO - still cannot confirm if the OP has an actual iZotope account, if he has checked it and if there are any izotope serials already issued - sitting in there. If so - this solution might just work.

a 256 character ticket makes this thoroughly impossible through their support ticket process.
A 256 character ticket limit just means that you initially will only be able to file a short resume of the problem. Once the ticket has been opened then you ought to be able to add to the ticket by responding to the email confirmation that ought to arrive.
An ideal solution for a company open to returning loyalty for long term customers if nobody else, would be to acknowledge my Ozone 11 standard license which i got from purchasing NI 15
A merge of the iZotope and the N.I. companies are in the works and that ought hopefully also bring a merge of the product accounts. Otherwise then as I wrote earlier then if you need any clarification then you will have to ask N.I. Native Access and Installation Support who are also those to ask if you have any N.I. site iZotope license questions. In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care
Having said that, anything you can do to point directly-associated NI representatives to this post would be greatly appreciated.
CC @Vocalpoint , this is not a question for Matthew_NI (who is Associate Director of Product Management, Kontrol and Maschine @ NI)(and now also on the Kontakt team due to Kontakt have Direct Connection with Kontrol) and Matthew_NI is very busy and ought not be called 'casually' . Also I think that those making decisions about accounts and what does usually not attend here . What we hopefully more appropriately can do is to ask @Jeremy_NI if he has anything to add .

Matthew_NI, can you please advise on this 👆️
Being that the $79 ozone 11 standard price ends thursday, I need to know ASAP whether I will be forced to by Ozone 11 twice , or whether NI will acknowledge my situation and allow me to authorize via Izotope Product Portal or some other way. Thanks!!!0 -
Please do not call for Matthew_NI , Matthew_NI is not in customer care , Matthew_NI is Associate Director of Product Management, Kontrol and Maschine @ NI and now also on the Kontakt team due to Kontakt have Direct Connection with Kontrol and Matthew_NI is very busy and ought not be called 'casually' .

@Jeremy_NI , additional context i also installed some other Izotope trials from Product Portal to compare the license section, and those all appear to reference a trial, the only 2 that don't have the words "Trial" in license section are Ozone 11 Standard & Vocalsynth2 (both which come with Komplete 15 (see screenshots below). Is it safe to assume Ozone 11 Standard & Vocalsynth2 are both fully activated via Native Access?
Nectar Trial (License section explicitly mentions Trial)NeoVerb (License section explicitly mentions Trial)
RX 11 elements (it's Green but explicitly mentions Trial)
Ozone 11 standard & Vocalsynth2 (License does NOT reference trial, is it safe to say these are authorized and won't go into demo mode after 10 day Trial ends?)

@babyjackson Ozone 11 was never supported on MacOs 10.15. You can check the release notes here:
https://www.izotope.com/en/products/release-notes/ozone-standard-release-notes
Version 11.01 even removed compatibility with Big Sur (which is the OS after Catalina).
The trial version in Portal is most probably a mistake, there should be a block for your OS. We can't guarantee functionality as this was not intended for 10.15 or even tested. We would not recommend installing it on 10.15.
However, here is an installer for version 11.0.0. maybe you can give this a try: https://downloads.izotope.com/product_download/iZotope_Ozone_Standard_v11_0_0.dmg
There's absolutely no guarantee that it will work but it's worth a shot.
