Trying to get my licenses to appear in Native Access after changing computers and emails.

I have been pulling my hair out with the endless loop and lack of actual support from NI (no phone/ no email). I have changed computers and email addresses. I see the licenses on the website when I sign in, but when I try to add serial to Native Access it says serial already registered. Neither "follow steps" nor " contact support" are of any use. Any help is appreciated while I still have a little hair left.
