Registering PA plugins after Complete 14 CE purchase

Hi.

I haven't been able to figurer our how to register the plugin alliance plugins I received after I purchase Complete 14 CE

I haven't been able to find the redeem code

    The serial you need for activation should be found at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed at the bottom as "Third party products" : "Plugin Alliance Bundle for KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTOR'S EDITION" , then login at www.plugin-alliance.com (or create account) and then use the code and activate the bundle here !

    The above advice ought to be sufficient to solve the problem , otherwise check spam folders and/or scroll whole emails to the bottom of email to be able to find the key !

    If all else fails then you will contact either N.I. Purchase Support or alternatvely N.I. Account Support

    There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

    Thank you for your answer.

    I found out from NI customer support that my upgrade was not valid. This is due to the fact that my version of Komplete Ultimate 10 is not for resale. I registered the product and it shows up in Native access.

    The products from Komplete 14 install but then come up as demos. It has even effected my Kontakt 5 which was available in Ultimate 10. I can't even get that out of demo mode which has impacted my ability to use third party librarys.

    They are not willing to offer me a refund.

    This has been a horrible experience.

    I own quite a few products from both Izotope and Plugin Alliance.

    I don't understand why its not possible to upgrade.

    I am happy for my version to remain not for resale.

    Does anyone have any advice how to deal with this situation?

    To me it immediately sounds as there are more to the story but I have no information about your account and your purchase. So I will have to ask if @Jeremy_NI : could you please look into this and see if there is anything that can be done here ?

    @BoSounce , Jeremy_NI will not be here before Monday or later and I am not sure if he can help but if anyone can then he can.

    Unfortunately, these are the rules. NFRs are excluded from the upgrade/update paths.

    I have these products in my Native Access.

    They registered after I bought the upgrade.

    When I was upgrading last year, I was not advised that I was unable to do so and spent a few hundred dollars on the upgrade.

    Is there a reason that Reaktor player is not available for me to install through Native Access?

    I am still having issues with Kontakt 5 telling me it is in demo mode.

    @BoSounce If you have a M1 Mac, the issue is probably the following: GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems

    Regarding Reaktor Player, have you registered your Komplete 14CE upgrade?
