How to escalate ticket due to no response
I've made a ticket, but no one has responded to my following questions for more than a week. Have some problems with license transfer with a Komplete Kontrol Keyboard as the original buyer can't get access to the email he registered it under. I can't find the customer service number anywhere so can anyone let me know how to escalate the ticket? Thanks!

The only way to get someone to look into anything like that would be to ask @Jeremy_NI could you please look into if there has been any mishap here ?
