    Hi Jeremy,

I received an email from Diana with NI Support last Thursday in response to a problem ticket I had sent in regarding a reoccurring error messages with Glaze 2.0 and Electric Mint 1.1.0. Unfortunately the link she sent me in response to this issue was to download Glaze 2.0 which is what I need removed not re-downloaded from Native Access. (Glaze is not compatible on my Mac IOS 10.15.7) I replied back to her last Thursday letting her know this but have yet to get a response so I thought I would see if you might be able to help me.

Thankfully all the songs I had previously used Electric Mint Session Guitarist on over the past year load and play perfectly but when I try ot open a new Electric Mint instrument in an older song file or open it in a new song file I get the "Your Kontakt player is too old" error message. (Please see attached) Any suggestions on how to get Electric Mint version 1.1.0 working again as well as how to un-install Glaze 2.0 since everything was working fine prior to installing it?

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for the info regarding the links for the older versions of Glaze and Electric Mint. After uninstalling both Glaze 2.0.0 and Electric Mint 1.1.0 from my Imac and from my Native Access library, (Both are currently in the "Not Installed" section of my Native Access)

I took your advice and clicked on the links to the older versions of Glaze 1.0 and Electric Mint 1.0 but unfortunately my iMac wouldn't allow me to install either version but instead gave me an error message that read "Electric Mint installer Mac.pkg can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information. (Please see attached screen shots) How do I get my Imac to allow me to download the installers for the older versions of Glaze and Electric Mint?

    Hi Jeremy,

Figured out how to go into my Mac's System Preferences, access Security Settings to unlock and allow the system to install the Electric Mint 1.0 file. Unfortunately I received this error message after clicking the Open Anyway tab. (Please see attached screen shot) How can I get around this issue in order to install the older Electric Mint 1.0? Thanks!

@Maubry There's no need to uninstall the libraries. Here is a link to the full installer for Electric Mint: Electric Mint 1.0
