Purchased Kontakt 7 Bundle Update, Thought it Included Full Kontakt 7?

Hi everybody, I bought the Kontakt 7 update but for some reason I don't have the full Kontakt with it...I thought that was included? I seriously hope the full was included, otherwise this was a 100 US dollar mistake.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it does look like the person in that thread got a refund - it seems an easy mistake to make tbh

I had the same issues as well. I saw on their website a special discount price, and went ahead and click on the link to buy it. However it took me to another page, recommending me to buy a cross-grade version for my lower then the version I selected (which was 50% off to start with), the website said since I had just purchased Nightfall, that all I qualified for a lower discount.... But I still though I was getting the full version of Kontakt 7. Instead of, I got a punchy of software that are not GOOD. and I am having problems using this version of Kontakt with new updated version of the Cremona Quartet Strings (keep gettin a message saying: Your version of Kontakt is too old to load this file. Please update to the latest version. But there are no updates available in the Native Access App.... So I have not idea of how to fix all of those issues. Looks like that I'll have to get a refund for this perchance since it does not work. and it is very hard to get a hold of a custom support... Any sucgestions? I am running MacOs 10.15.7

@Xandro Your issue is a different one. You do own the full version of Kontakt 7. Otherwise, there would be the word "Player" next to the Kontakt logo.

The problem is that your OS is outdated and so is your version of Kontakt. Several libraries - including Stradivari Violin - were updated to make use of the new MK3 keyboard functionalities, but the downside is that these libraries now require Kontakt 7.6 as the minimum version.

With Kontakt 7.5, the minimum supported macOS version went up to 11.0 (Big Sur) and so you won't see 7.7.3 (latest version) in Native Access.

I believe I’m having this same issue with Kontakt 7. I purchased Kontakt 7 Standard through a 3rd party site, Plug-In Alliance. It showed that Kontakt 7 (the new-full version) was to be included but, when I go to open instruments it says my version is too old and I don’t see the new instruments with the new version either. Any clarification is greatly appreciated!
