komplet select 13 not loading pluggin

i recently bought a komplete A49 which came with komplete select. ive downloaded most of the sound packs with it and can see them in komplete. some of the packs let me audition the sounds but not of them load any think. i get the pluggin not found error (see attachment)

i have done NI recommendations of deleting the db3 file and even reinstalled the packs again but still get the same error.

Has any one else experienced this?
