Order under review for a days and no response from support

@Jeremy_NI the problem is solved. it seems I need to use Native Access 2 to download these libraries. FYI. Thanks for the support.

I am in the same situation but it is now Jul 2024. Ordered Komplete update, I was immediately charged and do not have access to the download and still have not received an order confirmation for the hardware i purchased OR Komplete. I contacted customer support via chat and they immediately converted the issue to email. This is very frustrating. No reason a digital product should be unavailable.
