Mikro MK3 - License missing

Hello there, I just bought a Maschine Mikro Mk3 and didin't know I had to ask for a licence transfert from the vendor. Als this vendor doesn't answer me anymore. Well I hope NI will fix this.

Still, my MMMK3 light up when connect to my PC but briefly and the display shows only MASCHINE MIKRO and nothing else happens.

When in Ableton Live, the MM is not detected by the DAW.

My firmware is updated and I don't know what to do.

Do you have any ideas why is this so ?
