When I want to run Traktor Pro 3 on my Macbook the Programm doesn't respond, why?

I have an Apple M1 Pro 14-Core with 16 GB of RAM. I downloaded Traktor Pro 3 from the already installed Native Access. Every time I try to open Traktor, it crashes and doesn't respond. Why could this happen?
