@Chachor If you minimize/maximize the view does it change anything? How did you open the preferences dialog? What happens if you use key commands, like F1, F2, etc....is the AMD Radeon R9 M295X the standard for the imac? Are you able to choose another dirver?

Hi, I've just upgraded to Kontakt 14 and my Kontakt 7 window is also black. I have an Nvidia graphics card which should be compatible ( Direct3D DDI: 11.1) but it ain't working. I'm running Windows 10 NI please advise thanks

@Gravitate k As explained in this article: KONTAKT 7 Opens with a Black Window KONTAKT 7 requires graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher.

Can you check the feature level and post a screenshot?
