Massive X expansion icons missing in browser

In the Massive X browser, most of the expansion icons are missing and show the default factory icon. I've tried reinstalling the expansions but still no joy. Is there a resource folder I need to delete somewhere, so that it can be rebuilt?

If you're on Windows, try reinitializing the MASSIVE X database manually - below is how (scroll down to the very bottom on that page):

I tried that but the icons are still not showing up. It's a minor issue, but having the correct icons does help speed up selecting the right bank.

@Nikal Might What is your operating system ?

If you're on Mac, make sure to give your DAW Full Disk Access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

If you're on Windows, Run your DAW as administrator: How to Run a Program as an Administrator

Tried running as admin on Windows 10 and same thing. I'm having a similar issue in Maschine. I reinstalled W10 recently and had to reinstall all my NI stuff too and that was when it started.

Hi - First post!

I'm having a similar issue - screenshot attached. I have everything up to date via Native Access and followed the guide posted above to rescan Massive X libraries.

Any further advice please?

(Running Logic Pro on an M1 Mac with latest OS.)

I have this same issue, however all of the replies here are relating to Komplete Kontrol browser icons. I am having this issue with missing expansion icons in the Massive X preset browser. Or at least they show the generic library icon. Some of the expansions show images but some don't. Relatively minor issue, but would be interested to know the cause.
