K11U owner - but no option to update to K13U

Staring with K8U, I have updated as far as K11U, but in the webshop it says I am not eligible for a K12U update?

This update only works for users of KOMPLETE ULTIMATE 8-12.

None of the qualifying products are registered to your account"

However, the products are registered in my account, any idea what the issue is?

    Hi @m_1 there seems to be a small issue on our website atm so if you're certain that you're logged into the right account and you have a base product for the upgrade/update you can ignore the error message and get the update. But if you wanna be super sure you can get in touch with our Support as well.
