License Transfer and Download of machine mk3
I recently purchased a used MACHINE MK3. At that time, the seller gave me a transfer ID, which I used to import the purchased product into my account. When I checked the website, I found MACHINE MK3 in the list of registered products, so I assume that I succeeded.
However, when I then open the Not installed tab in Native Access, the product is not listed and I cannot install it. When I try to type in the serial number, it shows that it is an invalid number. Please let me know how I can download the product.

Check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the missing products are listed.
If the product is missing and you are sure that you are logged in to the correct account, or you have other license transfer issues then please contact N.I. Account Support they handle all transfer and account issues.
If the product is listed on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page as registered then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS and be sure to be logged into the correct account.
Then if the product is missing in Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
Please notice that a products will not show in Native Access if not compatible with your OS. And legacy products requires show legacy turned on in N.A. settings to show.

What exactly is "the product" that you're expecting to find?
Where is "the serial number" from?
You've given no details about your computer or OS, or which version of Native Access you're using, so possibly "the product" is incompatible with your system (having to guess here).
As it's a used controller, then probably "the product" would be the old Maschine software (version 2) which is now legacy/discontinued, so may only appear if you enable that option.
