Why is Kontakt saying DEMO when I have the full version?

This issue started a few days ago. Any of my Kontakt libraries no longer work in my full version of Kontakt 7. Third-party libraries such as my Spitfire Audio Solo Strings have no issue. However, trying to load any Kontakt instrument such as Factory Selections 2 will not produce audio, and there is a red DEMO label in the instrument name field.

Steps I have tried to troubleshoot:
- Removing nativeaccess.xml from service center folder
- Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Kontakt 7, ensuring it is the only instance of Kontakt installed on my system
- Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Native Access and all of my instruments
- Installing Kontakt on my second Mac and testing it there
- Entering all my serial numbers into Native Access to authorize the libraries

So far nothing has helped.

Did you update any libraries (recently) in Kontakt via Native Access?

What version of Kontakt are you running?

    What OS are you running?

It seems that you already did a lot of troubleshooting. Are you using CleanMyMac or a similar program? We've seen this happen a lot more with the latest incarnation of this app.

If that's not the issue please get in touch with our support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

Try using the instructions in the post linked by Jeremy_NI. That solved it for me.

All I had to do was rename the folder my instruments were in, then repair it from the Native Access app. For instance my folder was called 'Native Instruments' so I renamed it to 'NI' then repaired all libraries. It worked after that. (You can rename your folder back to its original name afterwards if you want.)
