Support; Bad.

Sent two or three support requests. No response.
NI bbare selling software which does NOT work, and there is little or no support.
This needs to be sorted ASAP/
Otherwise going to ask for a refund of all the products that I have bought from NI because most of them no longer work.

Maybe if you offered a bit of detail on your issues - instead of kicking off your very first post on the forums with a negative vibe - maybe someone here might be able to assist?

NI support is slow right now due to the holidays. As are most other vendors round the world.

N.I. support do not work on weekends or on holidays , "a few days ago" was company Christmas vacation time , also there is a sale going on which also causes delays for all types of support. So you merely needs to have some patience.

If you have a specific problem and if you want advice while waiting for support to respond then please state the exact specifics of the problem and include any relevant info such as computer type , exact OS version , version of Native Access used , and version of any app that is involved. Screenshots of errors usually also helps.

But you appear to be using Mac so have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
