KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 MK2 HW - Not transferable

I purchased the KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 MK2 HW from a friend. I registered by using the Transfer ID to my account on 9-30-2024 . I sold it on EBAY 11-12-2024. I tried to transfer the license 11-18-2024 but my product, serial, license and transfer page says the KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 MK2 HW is Not transferable. It is the full version, a "not for resale" model, and not "educational purposes" model. I do not own this device anymore. What are the next steps?

There is a 60-day lockout on License Transfer after (re-)registration. You can open a NI Support ticket for help to overwrite this lockout, or wait until 1 December 2024.
