TRAKTOR KONTROL S2 MK1 PROBLEM

Hello, can anyone please help me in a problem ? I have three days since I bought a controler TRAKTOR KONTROL S2 MK1, and I've installed on Windows 7 , but when I enter the Traktor 3 pro application, the kontroler don't turn on the lights, only the USB light stays on, that means is connected through the usb at my laptop. I've run a diagnose from the Traktor Control Panel and I've received a message that I must to increase the USB buffer level on the computer. Can anyone please tell me how to activate the kontroller ? The appilcation is recognising the console byt in the device manager on the laptop at the section Other Devices appear "Unknown Device", maybe is the driver ? What should I do ? Many thanks
