Traktor S4 Mk3 mapping for Vocals mute button
Someone had this idea and I thought it would be nice option to have so I mapped and uploaded it.
This mapping controls your "Stem Vocals" mute function from the little "Record" button located between "Hotcues" and "Samples" pad mode buttons. This is easy way to have vocal toggle available at all times without a need to press the "Stems" button first.
The "Record" button is illuminated if the vocal stem is audible.
I mapped this on all four decks so there is a modifier already set to track which of two Decks is selected in each side (modifier is like a GPS system for Traktor mappings). I already added the "Drums Mute" on the SHIFT + REC combination.
Deck A is selected is mapped to M1=0
Deck A is selected and SHIFT is pressed and held is mapped to M1=1
Deck C is selected is mapped to M1=4
Deck C is selected and SHIFT is pressed and held is mapped to M1=5
Deck B is selected is mapped to M2=0
Deck B is selected and SHIFT is pressed and held is mapped to M2=1
Deck D is selected is mapped to M2=4
Deck D is selected and SHIFT is pressed and held is mapped to M2=5

Is it possible to have this same mapping but when you do SHIFT + RECORD it mutes ALL the other stems besides the vocals instead of just the drums being muted? Can anyone edit this mapping and upload it?

I recommend you give it a try yourself and customize the mapping. The basic structure has already been provided (thank you @Stevan).
It is now your turn to take that initial gem and expand it (and your mapping skills) further. Or hire someone to do it for you. 😉
