Traktor 3 license to new laptop

Good afternoon!

After about 11 years i finally had to buy a new laptop.
On this laptop i always had Traktor 2 and later (most of the time) Trakor 3 PRO.
Now i want to use Traktor 3 PRO on my new Windows laptop, after some searching i found the used product key in the software on my old Macbook pro. When i try to enter that product key on me new laptop it says it's already used. I did log in with a account (XX@XX) prior to buying my new laptop to be sure and changed it to my current email address (XX@xx) on that account i saw 2 Traktor 3 licenses (don's ask me how haha) and the info of the gear i am using (X1 and Z1) so i thought it was ok. But theses are Traktor 3 LE licenses. Apparently i have used a different email to register my Traktor 3 Pro license and i can't remember to what email address. After some trying i finally got Native Access back to work, i had to download a version for MacOS11 but unfortunately it did not remember my last used email, the last time i used Native Access on my macbook i can't remember. 

Could you please help me transfer my license to my current email address xx@xx so i can continue using Traktor 3 PRO on my new laptop? KEYNR
Or provide me the email address what my key is linked to so i can try to login on that account?
Btw, i tried to contact support trough the website, i ended up using chat. The chat AI was working on sunday, it tried to bring me to a contactpage with a link, but the link it tried to bring me to was not working so i was not able to find the correct contact page for my problem.

    @GH123 , if you send support your serial then they ought to be able to track it back to your old account I think. Use this link for contacting N.I. Account Support. The trick is to select the right answers to get through to describe problem in one line. (but you ought to be able to use arrows up and down if not in chat)(if in chat then select did not help when it didn't)

    (You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in

    Then click the Contact support

    Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows

    Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again

    Try to use the chat again, it should hopefully contact you with a real human now.
