Battery Crashes when accessing Edit->Preferences->Library (Crashlog provided)

Hi,

as the title says Battery crashes upon trying to access Edit→Preferences→Library.

The following steps have already been taken:

Uninstall Battery (removing all residue files manually as well)

Uninstall Battery Library (removing all residue files manually as well)

Reinstall Battery through Native Access - Update Battery

Reinstall Battery Library through Native Access - Update Library

No change.

For those of you who can access, read and understand them, the Crashlog is provided below.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey!

I’ve experienced similar issues with Battery crashing. First, ensure both Battery and Native Access are updated to the latest versions. If you’re on Windows, try running Battery as an administrator by right-clicking the icon and selecting “Run as administrator.” Also, check that your system meets the requirements for Battery.

If you’re comfortable, review the crash log for specific errors that might indicate the problem. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, contacting Native Instruments support with your crash log could be helpful.
